Fantastic break, great value!

Managed to snag a cracking deal on a Luxury Lodge with a Hot Tub for a weekend break at Parkdean Resorts. The booking process was straightforward, just remember to put the code in right at the end. The lodge itself was spotless and really well-equipped, much better than some places like Pontins we've stayed at. My only minor gripe is that check-in was a bit late at 4 PM, which eats into the first day a little. Otherwise, it was brilliant and I'd definitely book with them again over the likes of Haven or Butlin's for this kind of accommodation.

Easy family getaway

We just got back from a Summer Holiday in a caravan, and it was pretty good! Booking was super easy on their site. The caravan was clean, and the kids loved the swimming pool. It was just a nice, chill trip, exactly what we needed. I'd totally do it again.

Amazing Glamping experience!

Oh my gosh, I just finished a Glamping trip and it was absolutely fantastic! The booking was so simple, and the Glamping tent was so much comfier than I thought it would be. The kids adored the Kids Club Activities and we spent ages by the beach. Seriously, it was such a brilliant weekend break. I'm already planning our next trip, maybe a Luxury Lodge with a Hot Tub! You guys have to try them!

Detailed feedback on our stay

We recently had a Midweek Break in one of their Chalets. The online booking for the Chalet and Entertainment Passes was intuitive; I received a confirmation email instantly. Upon arrival, check-in was fairly quick, though we had to queue for about 15 minutes. The chalet was well-presented and clean, with basic amenities, although towels weren't provided, which we knew from the FAQs but always feel like an oversight for a chalet. The Swimming Pool Access was great for the kids, and the Entertainment Passes gave us entry to the evening shows, which were surprisingly fun for the little ones. On-site dining was standard holiday park fare, nothing gourmet, but convenient. We had a minor issue with a leaky faucet, reported it via their app, and maintenance came within two hours. Overall, a comprehensive offering, good for families seeking convenience, just remember to pack your own towels and temper expectations for the food.

Good value, small issues

I booked a Lodge Holiday for an October Half Term break. The booking process was straightforward online, and the price was fair for the dates. The lodge itself was clean and spacious, which was great for the family. However, check-in took a bit longer than expected, and the WiFi struggled at times. Overall, a decent trip, but those small things could be smoother.

Consistent, reliable breaks

This was my third time booking with Parkdean, a Pet Friendly Holiday this time. I always come back because I know what to expect. The booking experience hasn't changed much, which is fine as it's efficient. Our caravan at the lakeside location was exactly as described, just like previous stays. The site facilities, especially the Adventure Play Areas, were well maintained. They're consistently good for a family break, though I still wish they'd update the on-site dining options a bit more across all locations. Still, a solid choice for holidays.
